Refund policy

I am a small, handmade business and do not accept full returns on any custom swimwear pieces. I do offer one time size/style exchanges if you order meets the criteria set below: 

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For custom pieces - one time size/style exchanges will be accepted.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at barebikinis@gmail.com. Please be as detailed as possible with the fit concern (photos are helpful if you are comfortable with that) so your next piece will be made perfect (i.e. band is too small/large, cup size too small/large, waist band is too big. etc). If requesting a style exchange please reach out via email so we can discuss what piece would work better for you! 

Orders placed with just generic sizing info (i.e. small, medium, large, etc.) are not eligible for exchanges, please give me the best possible chance at getting the fit correct by providing me accurate measurements at the time of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
